การขอหนังสือรับรอง OWIC ต้องใช้สำเนาพาสปอร์ต (หน้าวีซ่า), สำเนาบัตรประชาชนเมียนมา, สำเนาบัตร OWIC (ฉบับเดิม) และสำเนาใบอนุญาตทำงาน (WP) ค่ะ ค่าธรรมเนียม 150 บาทต่อฉบับ และนายจ้างสามารถไปยื่นแทนลูกจ้างได้เลยนะคะ 😊
