New Registration...
Not a single day to lose!

Employers with migrant workers must complete new registration according to the latest resolution. Check the work schedule divided into 3 main groups below to prevent loss of rights and massive fines.

Overview of Migrant Worker Registration Timeline

• Group 1 · Golden Period

  Dec 12–26, 68

• Group 2 · Health & Biometrics

  By March 31, 69

• Group 3 · Passport

  Feb 25, 69 – June 24, 69

Group 1 · Most Important: Golden Period

Deadline: December 12 – 26, 2568 · Only 15 days available

This is a "make-or-break" step. If this period is missed, the migrant worker will not be able to proceed at all.

1. Submit Registration Submit migrant worker names into the system according to regulations
2. Submit Work Permit Application Proceed via online system
3. Pay Application Fee Must be completed within these 15 days

Group 2 · Do Not Interrupt: Health & Biometrics

Deadline: By March 31, 2569

1. Health Check-up Check for 6 prohibited diseases according to standards
2. Purchase Health Insurance For benefits and legal protection
3. Biometric Scan Collect facial and fingerprints at government agencies
4. Pay Work Permit Fee Along with submitting health check-up results and insurance into the system
5. Await Approval Track Work Permit status

Group 3 · Final Step: Passport & Pink Card

Deadline: Feb 25, 69 – June 24, 69 · 120-day timeframe

1. Create Personal Record (Tor Ror 38/1) or creating a "pink card" to provide migrant workers with proper identification documents in Thailand

⚠️ Don't miss the timeline!

Even a small mistake in the first 15 days could immediately cause the employer to lose the right to employ the same migrant worker and require restarting the entire MOU process, which is several times more expensive.
