Need migrant worker paperwork done but don't want to drive to another province? Exworker has 17 agent teams serving employers across every province in Thailand. Every team works on the same system as head office, so you can track job status the same way no matter which province you are in.
Why look for a document service near you
Most migrant worker paperwork is tied to the area where the worker's records are held, not just anywhere.
- Pink card must be done at the district office or registration office where the worker has records
- Health check must be done at a medical facility that offers the check in the area
- Tasks where the worker must appear in person, such as taking photos, fingerprinting or going to a centre, require actually bringing the worker; no one can go on their behalf
A document service that is far away therefore does not save you time, because in the end you still have to travel to get it done locally.
Which provinces do the 17 agent teams cover?
The agent teams are spread across every region. Employers in provinces without a resident team can still use the service, because the nearest team takes over.
| Region | Example provinces with a resident team |
|---|---|
| Bangkok and vicinity | Bangkok · Samut Prakan · Pathum Thani · Nakhon Pathom · Samut Sakhon |
| Eastern region | Chonburi · Rayong · Chachoengsao · Chanthaburi · Trat |
| Central and Western region | Ratchaburi |
| Northern region | Phitsanulok · Phetchabun |
| Northeastern region (Isan) | Nakhon Ratchasima · Ubon Ratchathani · Nong Bua Lamphu |
| Southern region | Surat Thani |
If your province is not in the table, that does not mean we cannot help. Message us with your area and the type of work, and we will tell you which team will handle it and where the workers need to be taken.
Work our local teams can handle
- Work permit renewal — the current round accepts applications until 11 December 2026
- Pink card applications, including taking workers to the district office
- Passports and CI booklets for Myanmar workers
- Change of employer and notification of start/end of employment, BT.52/53
- Health check and health insurance
- MOU worker import for employers who need new workers
Working with us is the same from any province
What keeps our provincial teams from being a "separate document company" is that every team uses the same system, so every employer gets all of the following in the same way:
- Request a quotation yourself via LINE, without waiting for an appointment
- Track job status to see how far each job has progressed
- Get alerts before documents expire, reducing the risk of missing a filing deadline
- Check your own workers' data at any time
Service fees are the same rate in every area; see the pricing page. Government fees and health check costs are separate and paid at actual cost.
How to choose a local document service without getting it wrong
- Ask to see the licence — a company that can import workers must hold a licence to bring foreigners in to work. You can check the name in the list published by the Department of Employment; how to check is explained in What is a BNJ?
- Beware of anyone who collects money from the workers themselves — the law allows service fees to be collected from the employer only
- Ask for an itemised receipt — service fees and government fees must be clearly separated
- Ask who will take the workers to the government office — tasks that require an in-person appearance cannot be done on the worker's behalf; someone must actually take them there

How to get started with a local team
- Tell us your province and type of work — message us on LINE with the number of workers and their nationality
- Receive a quotation — see service fees and government fees clearly separated before you decide
- The local team takes over — it schedules a day to take the workers to the offices where they must appear in person
- Track status until the job is done — see progress and receive alerts for the next round via LINE
Which tasks can be done online, and which require meeting officials
| Task | Must the worker be taken there? |
|---|---|
| Work permit renewal (e-WorkPermit) | No — can be filed online |
| Notification of start/end of employment BT.52/53 | No |
| Pink card at the district office | Yes — for photos and fingerprinting |
| Health check | Yes — at the medical facility |
| Passport or CI booklet | Yes — through the channel for each nationality |
When planning, focus mainly on the right-hand column, because the steps that require taking the worker are the ones that take time and need advance appointments.
What we tell you straight
- Some tasks employers can do themselves, without hiring anyone — for example, notification of start/end of employment through the online system, if you already have HR staff handling it
- We do not take on work that bypasses government procedures — for example, claims that a card can be issued without bringing the worker
- We do not collect money from workers — service fees are charged to the employer only
Frequently asked questions
I'm in another province. Can I use the service?
Yes. The 17 agent teams cover every province. If your province has no resident team, the nearest team takes over.
Is it more expensive outside Bangkok?
Service fees are the same rate in every area; see the pricing page. Travel costs, in cases where workers must be taken to an office outside the area, will always be communicated to you in advance.
Do I have to take the workers myself?
Some steps cannot be avoided, such as photos and fingerprinting for the pink card, or the health check. The local team will schedule the day and go along. Document filing we can do on your behalf.
Do you take urgent jobs close to a deadline?
Yes, but we first need to check whether there is enough time left for the steps where workers must appear in person. Message us with the expiry date shown on the documents for the fastest answer.
Are the agents a different company?
Agents work in Exworker's name and use the same system. Every job is recorded in the central system, so employers can review it afterwards.
